HEART Peer Support Training

HEART (Hear, Echo, Adjust, Reinforce, Transition) is The Emotional PPE Project’s free online course that trains healthcare workers to recognize when a colleague is struggling, respond with skill, and connect them to professional care when needed. Learners practice in live voice conversations with AI colleagues in distress. This four-minute demo shows an early prototype of one of those conversations.
